There are many alarms and programs that work as reminders on your PC, but they do so in a boring and unoriginal way, by replaying sounds or songs, or via pop-ups. Speaking Alarm is just as practical as any of them, but is different for its voice reminders.
As you have just read, Speaking Alarm can convert phrases you insert into the simple interface into voice (either a man's or a woman's) to establish a reminder. The rest of the data you have to add are the time you want the alarm to go off, and the repetition after the first time (in seconds, minutes or hours).
